Just saw a red cub for sale in my local paper (NE Ohio). It has a mowing deck, plow, and cultivator. Owner says he will take $2,500 for everything. I have not seen it yet, but just thought I would pass on the info. I have the contact info if anyone is interested.
I also found 2 NOS mower spindles for my woods deck. It has been on the shelf for around 30 years. They want $110.00 each. Is this a good deal or not? Please advise.
Thanks.

I'd say the mower spindles (if you mean the spindle/bearing assy) is a very good deal. My Dad paid more than twice that for the assy for his woods mower.
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.
