New Electrical!
I spoke with John at Brillman last week. He was very helpful and steered me in the right direction! I received my parts quickly and I must attest to the craftsmanship and quality of the vintage wiring harnesses he's putting out! Here are a few pics of the electrical install, starting with the mini-alternator.

Re: New Electrical!
I just installed a harness from Brillman. I lost the wire from F on the generator to the Regulator. He sent me one for free. Great service from John at Brillman

Just installed a harness from Brillman a few months ago as well. Great company and a great harness.

with your nice new paint make sure you bare metal under the dash and the hood support and battery box bottom and light mounts to get the teardrop lights to work. The teardrop lights are one wire and complete the circuit through the sheet metal, engine, torque tube

Re: New Electrical!
Thanks for the compliments! I actually bought a later-model harness with a redundant groundwire for the headlights. I hope that will make them more reliable. I will continue to post pics as I work on that bit as well. I plan to add a brass threaded stud to each headlight housing to carry ground to the wire... then on to a grounding point behind the dash. The redundant ground for the rear light will tie in there, too.
