A NEW pan seat is also pricey. Usually more than the Deluxe Seat Cushions. Depending on where you buy them.

I will say that if one preferred the pan seat; you could easily bolt on a mounting plate that would accept the pan seat from a Super A-140 tractor. Those have leaf springs that give a little bit more cushion. It would also look original and not many people would notice the modification.
