Rebuild

Postby Mht » Tue Jul 10, 2018 11:07 am

I’m starting an engine rebuild on my 1950
Cub. I’m getting my parts from Napa. Hastings rings Clevite bearings valve train kit not sure of the brand and a gasket kit with victor or Fel-Pro available. Which gasket should I get or does it matter

Either are good. You might just to see if one is more complete than the other.

victor set comes with more in it, both are good, theses are the only good gasket sets, there are many cheap off brands out there but I have found the quality is poor
