Thanks to Drfting1 (Thanks) I had a template to cut a new board but I need the location measurements for the holes for the grass rod. Anybody have those?

Re: Need grass board measurements
I have Rudi's drawing on my computer that had the dimensions. Someone else may have it to. Tim (tst) has them to, I think.

Re: Need grass board measurements
I have that drawing. It doesn't show the hole locations for the metal grass rod. Here's the image I have. It shows the pre-war support for a wood rod with a significantly sharper angle than any board I've seen. Is there a different drawing out there?
Thanks,
Larry
Click on the image to make it bigger, although it's not full size.
Here are examples of each. The metal rod has 4 holes and the wood rod appears to have only 2. The distance between the holes also appears to be different.

Larry

Re: Need grass board measurements
A while back, I read where Bob McCarty had a full sized drawing of a grassboard. You might PM him.

Re: Need grass board measurements
Using Don's suggestion I enlarged a broadside image of an existing board and transfered the hole locations to the drawing. I came up with the following modified drawing. I won't have the one measurement until the grass rod arrives.
