lowboys did not come with a boomerang as they are to low to use it as a grader blade

Ah, ok. When I had one on my first LoBoy it didn't lift high enough so I put an extension on the rockshaft.

Having an operating/set-up manual is worth its weight in gold when it comes to the set up and installation. I would download one from the PDF list on this website because it will solve many mysteries and give you part numbers of items missing for your search on the web.

Yes you can find find Lo boy plow parts , Lo boy plow parts are not as easily found as F-Cub plow parts. I pieced together my F-Cub plow to a Lo boy plow with parts found on Farmallcub.com and Tim (tst) and TM Tractor. Not too expensive either :tractor:

Did the extension help? How much more lift did you gain?

Yes, the extension helped. I never measured it but it added about 2-3 inches to the lift. Doesn't sound like a lot but it's noticeable.

...and if you want some real height, put an L54 on regular Cub like Rick Prentice did.
